After receiving numerous requests and questions regarding my travel photography, I have finally decided to make my personal Lightroom presets collection available for everyone to purchase exclusively here.

These are the presets I consistently rely on for post-processing my travel photos. They have never failed me once, regardless of whether it was raining, snowing, overcast, or sunny outside. These presets have saved me a significant amount of time editing photos that weren't taken under ideal conditions.

I have divided my Lightroom preset collection into two groups: Landscape and Cityscape presets. You can purchase them separately, or together with a $10 discount. As their names suggest, the Landscape Collection is for landscape photos, and the Cityscape Collection is for city-based photos.

Each collection includes eight presets, each named according to its purpose, which should cover almost all situations you will encounter during your travels.

Things to Know Before You Buy

You Will Receive Both the Computer and Mobile Versions of the Presets

These presets come in two separate formats: XMP for computers, and DNG for mobile phones.

The XMP format presets are for those who wish to use the presets on Adobe Lightroom on their computers.

The DNG format presets are for those who wish to use the presets on the free version of Adobe Lightroom on their Android phones or iPhones.

If you are planning to use these presets on your computer, you need to ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Lightroom CC installed or Adobe Lightroom CC and CC Classic version 7.3+.

What is Adobe Lightroom?

Adobe Lightroom is a photo cataloging and editing program developed by Adobe. It is available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. This program allows you to organize your photos and post-process them more efficiently than, for example, Photoshop.

There are three versions of the Lightroom Program. One is Adobe Lightroom CC for Windows and Mac, which is a new cloud-based version of the program where all your photos are stored in the cloud, and you can access them from anywhere.

The second is Adobe Lightroom CC mobile for iPhones and Androids, which offers a similar, albeit less complex, set of tools as Lightroom CC for Windows and Mac, but it runs on mobile devices.

Finally, there's Adobe Lightroom CC Classic. This is an older version of the program, where the photos are stored on hard drives instead of the cloud, like its newer counterparts. I personally prefer this version over the cloud-based ones, but the presets should work on both.

The BucketListly presets work on all these versions except Adobe Lightroom CC Classic version 7.2 and below.

What is a Lightroom Preset?

A Lightroom preset is a quick and convenient way to adjust colors and exposure in photos without having to readjust the same settings for each photo you wish to edit.

With a Lightroom preset, you can apply the same set of adjustments to other photos in your catalog with just one click, allowing you to create a consistent visual story throughout your travel photos.

As a professional, Lightroom presets will save you a significant amount of time. As a beginner, you can get started quickly with post-processing and gain a comprehensive understanding of Lightroom's adjustment tools.

How Do I Install Lightroom Presets?

I have included a detailed installation PDF guide inside each preset collection. Be sure to review this before you begin editing.

Are the Presets Compatible with JPEG and RAW Photos?

Yes, these presets are designed to work with both RAW and JPEG formats. However, I recommend shooting in RAW whenever possible because it allows for a greater range of adjustments without loss of quality. JPEGs can also be edited with these presets, but keep in mind that JPEG files are already compressed, so they have less flexibility in post-processing.

Are the Presets Compatible with Older Versions of Lightroom?

These presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom CC and Lightroom CC Classic version 7.3 and above. Unfortunately, they are not compatible with older versions of Adobe Lightroom or any other photo editing software. It is recommended to use the latest version of Adobe Lightroom for the best results.

Can I Get a Refund If I Don't Like the Presets?

Will these Presets Work on My Phone?

Yes! In fact, each purchase includes both XMP presets for computer use and DNG presets for mobile use. The DNG presets are specifically designed to work with the Adobe Lightroom CC Mobile app, which is available for free on both Android and iOS devices.

Do I Need an Adobe Subscription to Use these Presets?

If you want to use the presets on your computer, you'll need a subscription to Adobe Lightroom CC or CC Classic version 7.3+. The presets are not compatible with older versions of Lightroom. If you're interested in getting Adobe Lightroom, you can check out Adobe's latest discounts here.

However, if you plan on using the presets on your mobile device, you can use the free version of the Adobe Lightroom CC Mobile app without a subscription. Keep in mind that while the app itself is free, some features are only available with a paid Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.
